A {Super} Family

Our small town holds a scarecrow contest every year on the town green. Each year gets more and more creative.

What a regal looking fellow with that top hat.
Love the sunglasses on this guy. He's looking a little worse for the wear, though.

Kind of like a zombie scarecrow.
Found this little fellow in the next town over, hanging around, blowing in the wind.
Him and all his buddies were having a grand time in the wind.
Headed out further into the country, meandering on back roads looking for fall vignettes.

These poor little ones were left in the field.

No homes for them this year.
I'm loving these Cinderella style pumpkins.
Super Baby!

Flying through the kitchen. Better watch out for the ceiling fan, Mr. Super Baby.
K dressed up as Super Girl. Her fiance, B, was dressed as Super Man. He stayed home to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. K brought little man over so he could trick-or-treat.

I had treats for him. Baby formula and pureed fruits. I'll let his momma buy him vegetables.

K looks like she could take off and fly any moment. We walked next door, through the crunchy leaves, to visit the neighbors. The wind was blowing something fierce. Both their capes were billowing in the wind, straight out behind them.

Hang on, Super Baby. You don't weigh enough to be held down by gravity.
Uncle J and Super Baby. He loves flying around with Uncle J.

Happy Halloween!
